LEGAL PRACTICE

Syuzanna Soghomonyan has been practicing in law since 2007. In 2014, she joined “LEGAL ALLIANCE” Law Firm with the following specializations:

Civil Law: corporate, contractual, movable and immovable property, labor, family and inheritance relations, the foundation of legal entities, including commercial and non-commercial organizations, reorganization (including merger, accession, division, detachment, reorganization) of legal entities, maintenance of compulsory enforcement proceedings, insurance law, etc.

Administrative Law: administrative, tax, and customs relations, the appeal of administrative acts.

International Law: drafting agreements, contracts with foreign organizations and establishing foreign legal entities.

Mediation and Dispute Resolution.

Conflict Management.

Syuzanna has acted as a national legal expert and consultant in the frameworks of the projects financed by the EU, CoE, OSCE, USAID, UNHCR, NED, GIZ, Embassies of the USA, Czech Republic, and German in the RA.

  • Management of human resources of legal entities, including the drafting of employment contracts, individual legal acts, job descriptions, and other related documents,
  • Compilation of anti-corruption compliance programs and code of conduct for legal entities, including ethics rules, conflict of interest, gift acceptance and prohibition, internal labor rules, Employee Handbooks, policies on procurement, granting and business trip, other related documents,
  • Designing (sub)grant agreements for non-commercial organizations,
  • Compilation of various civil law contracts, including non-standard agreements,
  • Preparation of internal corporate packages for legal entities,
