The Firm conducts negotiations on extrajudicial settlement of disputes arisen from employer-employee relations; assesses the legal risks in the sphere of human resources management and offers options for solving them.
The lawyers of the Firm based on the guarantee norms of Constitution and international instruments conduct analyses of other legal acts of the Republic of Armenia’s legislation, which provide a number of other labor rights for the citizens, and include the relations referring to these rights in the sphere of regulation of labor rights.
