This project, funded by the European Commission Delegation to Armenian, aims to develop the social entrepreneurship sector in the RA. The project is implemented by Austrian organization “Interculturelles Centrum”, the Armenian Center for Intercultural Studies, the International Center for Intercultural Research, Learning and Dialogue, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Armenia, the KAZA Swiss Humanitarian Foundation and the Association of Social Enterprises of Armenia.
Within the framework of the project, among other activities, about 30 social enterprises benefiting from the program will be provided with consulting services of professional structures in the fields of law, business management, financial management, accounting and other fields.
It is noteworthy that that “LIGAL ALLIANCE” Law Firm will be a legal advisor in the framework of the project as well. Advocate Mariam Zadoyan, will act as an expert on behalf of the Firm. In particular, within the framework of the program, beneficiaries will be provided with recommendations on the most advantageous ways for NGOs to carry out entrepreneurial activities, taxation and accounting regimes, provision of cash registers, trademarks and other relevant legal relations.
